At ALIGN SURGICAL SUPPLY LLC, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality standards for all ophthalmic products and surgical instruments.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Order was canceled before shipment
  • Incorrect product delivered by our error
  • Damaged or defective items received

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or special-order surgical instruments
  • Opened or used sterile medical products
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. All returns must be approved prior to shipment back to our facility.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be approved only if the product meets return eligibility criteria.
